Is it difficult to bear failure? does it shatters u? or , does it drives u crazy? or, do u start questioning the almighty on why its happening to u ? do u??? wait a sec n reconsider ur agony... hv u ever thot wht hurts more? ur failure or seeing some1 u love n u really care for fail at somthin really important to them.
When you say its gonna be all right , r u sure its really gonna be or do u hv second thoughts abt it? is it not harder to realize u can't do a thing abt it n whether u accept or not, u r helpless!! does it not strikes hard the ego u live wid, the attitude u carry which says 'kismat khud likhi jaati hai'.. Now, how do u write ur loved one's kismat...can u fight their battles ? can u bear pain on their behalf? can u shield them? NO, u can't always n this pain is much more than being a loser urself !!

nice post moni..to answer your question, just think how u react to failure..ya, u feel bad..terribly hurt..feel u were not good enuf..but, after some time, u realise, there's no point cribbing about ur failures now..coz dat wont change wat happened..so, den wat u do..u promise urself..dat u wud do things differently dis time..work harder..i always remind myself of the 'phoenix rising from the ashes' story..
So, my point is u can feel bad about d failures of ur near and dear ones..u can try consoling dem..but, ultimately u hope that they will realise its time to move on..just as u do..as for you, u can take heart from d fact dat u wer der for dem wen dey needed u and u did d best dat u cud..

even i do d same, its spooky but i actually hv used d same sentence.
Its simple start loving the pain if nt lovin start appreciatin it....the day u really do u will stand up for d next job ..... there's nothin like success or failure its jst ur wnt or desires n its u who have to gt up n wrk hrd fr dem no , no-one else....N fr our dear ones let dem hv wat dey wnt .. u dnt decide dat din't u den let dem mature n feel the blade jst dnt let dere head get dwn ......

Be honest with that 'loved one', Try helping them. May be you can't and may be their failure is irreparable but the care and the love must be shown, specially at such a time
